Lately some of my colleagues are going to quit thier job, they complained about thier work and had made up thier decision to quit here. Me, an innocent guy who is eager to stay in this company for a period of time...(Maybe 2 or 3 years). But the most senior one in our department has 3 y experience in our company. In other words, the flow rates is a little high.
How can I enjoy my work so nice? Well, it depends on what you think. Try to find something that make you laugh or cheer you up, develop something interested you. Chat with other department / other group colleagues may make you feel excited!! People tend to reach something different from thier lives. Most of us are not exactly know what kind of jobs are really suit for ourselves, but we can adjust our mind to face our job.
Relax--it's the goal that we 're chasing for, but we always think about our work during vacations; expecially when we receive phone calls from our boss!!But there is always good thing we can do for ourselves. Join a music concert, take a ride near your house, sing a song that you loved... It's worthy to treat yourself well.
